SCIS Classes

Classes for All Children

ICCD is a leader in providing Special Class in an Integrated Setting (SCIS) programming. We offer SCIS classrooms in ICCD buildings and in collaborate host sites in NYC and Nassau County.

Special Classes

Small Class Sizes

ICCD has self contained classrooms of different ratios to meet the needs of children in both our Rego Park and Bayside locations. These smaller class sizes allow our professional staff to work with children to meet their IEP goals and objectives.

Evaluations

Qualifying for Services

Our experienced multidisciplinary Evaluation Team offers English and bilingual Spanish evaluations. Evaluations determine eligibility for the Committee on Preschool Special Education Program.

UPK

District Placed UPK

UPK services are provided free of charge to parents. We offer a full-day UPK program. Our classrooms are staffed with certified Teachers and Teacher Assistants.
